Thank you for supporting Stand Out! Stand Out!™ and investing in tools that build character, confidence, and positive habits in children. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and this policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are educational resources — including books, journals, digital downloads, and bundles — all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect purchases
Buyer’s remorse
Changes of purpose
Digital downloads
Signed books
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:

Include:
Your order number
A photo of the damage
Your name and address
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost:
Please check with your local post office or delivery carrier.
Wait at least 3 business days after the expected delivery date.
Contact us if the issue is not resolved.
We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses
Carrier delays
Packages stolen after delivery
4. Refunds for Live Events or School Visits
Deposits or payments made for:
School assemblies
Live presentations
Author visits
Workshops
Events
…are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Scott Jablonski / Stand Out! Stand Out!™.
If a school or organization must cancel:
Cancellations more than 14 days prior may transfer payment to a rescheduled date.
Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit or full payment depending on the signed agreement.
A customized School Visit Agreement will outline all event terms.
5. Digital Products
Digital items — including downloadable worksheets, lesson plans, songs, or activity sheets — are non-refundable.
6. Bundle Purchases
Bundles that include multiple physical or digital items are treated as a single purchase and cannot be partially refunded or exchanged.
